Vintage chairs hand painted and upholstered with original Voysey Alice in Wonderland design

Four vintage chairs hand painted and upholstered in an original 1920 Charles Voysey design. The chairs have been painted with Fusion Mineral Paint – 2 in Champness (a cool duck egg blue) and 2 in Inglenook (a light leafy green). The beautiful carved detail has been highlighted with an antiquing glaze to accentuate the design. Copper wax has also been applied to create a shabby chic metallic sheen. The seats have been upholstered in fire retardant fabric and foam (a dense and very comfy cushion) and finished with gold trim.
