Refinished Hand Painted Vintage Sideboard

This beautiful solid wood vintage sideboard has been completely transformed. The top has been stripped down to the original wood- exposing the stunning natural grain, which has been oiled for protection. The exterior has been painted in Fusion Mineral Paint’s ‘Champlain’- a lovely warm neutral tone. The carved details have been highlighted with ‘Espresso’ wax- a warm chocolate colour that accentuates the beautiful intricate designs. The interior has been painted in Fusion Mineral Paint’s Cathedral Taupe; the shelves painted once again in Champlain for a light contrast. With echoes of faded grandeur, this beautiful piece of furniture takes its inspiration from the rustic farmhouses and chateaus of France.
